Tom Schiers is a professional with 35 years’ experience as a corporate executive, primarily in high-tech industries. Tom has worked extensively in design, product engineering, product and program management, account development, manufacturing, planning, marketing, business unit development and management, and corporate management. Internationally, Tom has experience in major account development and managing business units and design centers in Germany, Japan, and the Philippines. Tom is very well-versed in lean management and believes that a solid planning process supported by customer needs and relationships is critical for the success of any company.

Tom joined SOS in 2009 and currently serves as SOS’ operations specialist. Tom is closely involved in crafting the main strategy for our clients and then assumes the helm to put the strategy into action. Tom’s experience with SOS has focused mainly on gaming, home building, and real estate transactions. Tom thrives in working with companies to optimize and focus their business operations from initial planning through delivery of their products and services.
