Mick Ysursa operates a small private legal practice that forcuses on the business and corporate law practice areas of formation and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. He began as a sales intern for a sports organization and, within two years, worked his way up to the Director of Ticket Sales before attending law school. During school, he assisted a law firm with municipality funding proceedures and dispute resolutions; assisted the State of Idaho Attorney General, Natural Resources Division with water right claims and lawsuits; and studied abroad in Spain. After law school, Mick began his own law practice while acting as the Business Operations Manager for a junior gold exploration company.
Eventually, his general practice shifted towards civil litigation, bankruptcy, and very complex commercial real estate and lending transactions. Hoping to return to helping smaller businesses, Mick attended the Boise State Executive MBA program while refocusing his practice on business and corporate law areas.
Currently, Mick serves as the Corporate Secretary at SkyTrace, Inc. and as the COO of OnPoint Solutions, its subsidiary, facilitating the turnaround and pivot of a technology company while creating brand awareness and executing a go-to-market strategy.
